The biggest wave of startups and innovation is here and we are all witnessing astounding growth. Problems we couldn’t have even imagined would ever be solved are now crushed with technology. People from around the globe have now become dependent on smartphones for their daily activities. From education and entertainment to commute and networking, everything is convenient just because of some disruptive startups. So if you are starting your entrepreneur journey, and want to solve problems and make a business out of them - there has been a better time!

We all have had our own experiences of rigid work schedules. The effects that they have on productivity and personal lives are substantial. Ask yourself - When was the last time you were suffering from an unproductive afternoon? Was it one of the days last week? It’s a big yes, right? Don’t freak out - you’re just normal like everyone else. The time has changed drastically and we are moving towards flexible work schedules.

It was during the tail-end of 2021, that we at Wurkr had one of our proudest moments; becoming one of the coveted Red Herring Top 100 (Europe) winners.

While remote work might have hit the extroverted workforce hard, it was a great experience for others. Introverted persons have felt all their lives what extroverts are feeling in this new mode of work.

For about 31% of Linkedin members, the flexible work policy has been a job selection factor. If they are not offered the flexible working option, it is evident that the employees will not take up the offer. Employees are now very keen to have workplace flexibility.
